Imagine your own holiday retreat where you can go whenever you want to get away from the bustle of everyday life. When you step into one of our luxury lodges, an overwhelming feeling of quality build and luxury surrounds you.
There are 2 bedrooms one en suite all built with first class materials. Our lodges have everything one would expect from a 2 bedroom detached house built by time served craftsmen. The lodge has a modern contemporary feel with airy pine vaulted ceiling.
Standard features include 70mm Domestic UPVC windows and doors, double glazed, full domestic central heating system, quality fitted bedroom furniture, quality modern fitted kitchen, integrated dishwasher, fridge freezer and oven/hob. The lodge comes fully furnished with a gas fire.
They are built to the full residential BS3632 specification and you can use your lodge for up to 11 months of the year. The lodges can only be used as a holiday home and not as a main residence.
The owner of the lodge also has the benefit of using the outdoor heated swimming pool, games room, tennis court (short tennis) and laundry room, as well as a lovely woodland walk.
Service Charges
The lodges are available for holiday use from 1st February to December, including Christmas and New Year. The service charge and pitch fee is at £1,762 (2008) per annum. The rates are £140.50 (2007/8) per annum. There is a 99 year licence.
